This year I was given the opportunity to become one of FIU-Hospitality management student mentors. Its been an amazing journey taking the students from this program under my wing and showing them what an amazing industry this is. After our busy wedding season came to an end, I treated the ladies to a lunch appreciation for all their hard-work and dedication to the amount of hours they spent working these events alongside with my team and myself. I was honored to touched these ladies life one way or another.
